Basic Productivity Tools

A basic productivity tool is a tool that improves efficiency and productivity along with the over all improvement of a product. The different kinds of Basic productivity tools include word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Basic Productivity tools differ from Instructional software because they focus more organizing and improving things where as Instructional Software teaches topics and areas. Basic Productivity tools support required learning standards with there easy and user friendly content-area tools. These tools assist students in areas to help and review specific areas of education to the students.
Basic software has been a large trend due to the popularity in smart phones and iPads. Smart phones are more advanced than ever and can support high tech software programs including Basic Productivity tools. So as the rise of technology increases, so do the Basic Productivity software options and availability. A positive attribute of this tool is that helps keep the busy life of a teacher organized and efficient.
